    The vigor method is a process that allows any individual a path to physical strength and good health through the power of massage bodywork and corrective fascial stretching. My vision and focus are on helping those who stress their bodies daily whether it be athletes, veterans, and weekend warriors with injuries struggling to exercise without pain. Massage bodywork combined with Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST™) is great pair of modalities I use for calming down the nervous system, increasing joint mobility, release myofascial dysfunction, reducing muscular pain due to strenuous exercise, and bring balance back into a stressed and overworked body.

     

    As a licensed massage therapist and fascial stretch practitioner, my focus of work is using corrective exercise strategies to bring balance back to the structural myofascial tissues. Once the overactive muscular has been inhibited with bodywork, it is then stretched, and corrective integration techniques are implemented to repattern and reprogram the neuromyofascia connections to prevent future dysfunctions.

     

    I educate individuals on the main factors that cause postural imbalance by identifying the problem using integrated assessments, solve the problem through manual therapy, FST™, and corrective exercise strategies as well as implement solutions for long term change with optimal mechanical positioning.

     

    My mission is to provide individuals with a path to physical strength and good health. I believe that if you can move more you can do more. The vigor method is a process of physical strength and good health that provides you the functional freedom to do what life pleasures you desire.
